Why is shipping more expensive to some provinces?

Shipping costs are set by the carriers we use and reflect the distance and infrastructure involved in reaching certain destinations. Provinces like Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and PEI, and the northern territories require different carrier networks that carry higher base rates — this is passed on as transparently as possible.




Do you offer free shipping everywhere in Canada?

Free standard shipping is available on orders $100 CAD and over for Ontario and our core provinces (BC, AB, MB, QC, NS, NB). Free shipping is not available for SK, NL, PE, or the northern territories due to the higher carrier costs in those regions.




A note on northern and remote deliveries

If you're in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or Yukon — especially in a remote or fly-in community — your delivery may take longer than the estimated window, particularly during winter months. Delays in these regions are outside of our control, but we'll always do our best to keep you updated. If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch at [email protected].




When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends will go out the next business day.




Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has left our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we'll follow up.




My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order is outside the estimated delivery window, please get in touch at [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
