When does the Y2 Glow Sale run?

Early Access runs 7:00pm to 11:00pm ET (4:00pm to 8:00pm PT) Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Sale Live then runs from 11:00pm ET Wednesday, November 4 until 7:59am ET (4:59am PT) Monday, November 16, 2026. ✨

How much can I save?

Early Access is 40% off. Sale Live is 30% off. Discounts are applied to products in the Y2 Glow Sale collection and show as marked, so there’s no code to enter.

What is Early Access and how do I get in?

Early Access is a 4-hour window with 40% off, available to Glow Seekers Facebook group members and Luna Bronze email and SMS subscribers. We’ll share a passcode through those channels. 🌙

Do I need a discount code?

No. Sale prices are already applied to products in the collection (prices as marked).

Can I use a discount code on top of sale prices?

No. Discount codes can’t be used during the Sale, including creator, ambassador, affiliate, loyalty, welcome and email/SMS codes. Sale pricing can’t be combined with any other offer.

What do I get for free with my order?

Spend $75 CAD during Early Access for a limited-edition gift set. During Sale Live, spend $67 CAD for a free Cosmic Bronzing Drops 30ml. Thresholds are based on your subtotal after sale pricing, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards and other gifts. 🎁

How do I get my free gift?

It’s added to your cart automatically once you reach the spend threshold. Make sure it’s still in your cart at checkout, as gifts can’t be added after an order is placed.

Is free shipping available?

Yes! Free standard shipping applies on orders of $99 CAD or more during Early Access, and $89 CAD or more during Sale Live. Expedited shipping is charged at the usual rate. 🚚

What are Bundle Days?

Bundles in the Y2 Glow Sale collection are 40% off from 12:00am ET Saturday, November 7 to 11:59pm ET Sunday, November 8. This replaces the 30% discount on bundles.

What are the Beauty Steal days?

Self Tanning Milk is $20 on Tuesday, November 10, and Self Tanning Mousses in the sale collection are $20 on Thursday, November 12 (excludes Ultra Eclipse Self Tanning Mousse). Both run 12:00am to 11:59pm ET, while stocks last.

What is Canada Bonus Day?

On Saturday, November 14 (12:00am to 11:59pm ET), spend $115 CAD or more to receive a free Good Night Face Tanning Serum 30ml. This is in addition to the free Cosmic Bronzing Drops gift, while stocks last. 🇨🇦

Is the Sale available in stores or through retailers?

No. The Sale is online only, through our Canadian store, for delivery to Canadian addresses. It isn’t available through retail partners, stockists, marketplaces, or our AU/NZ and US stores.

Will you run out of stock?

All offers are while stocks last, and some sale products are low stock. We can’t offer rainchecks, backorders or holds.

Can I get a price adjustment if I bought before the Sale?

No. We don’t offer price adjustments for orders placed before the Sale, before a mid-sale offer starts, or after it ends. Each order is priced when checkout is completed.

Can I return something I bought in the Sale?

All Sale purchases are final sale, so we don’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Your rights under provincial and federal consumer protection laws aren’t affected.

Will my order take longer to arrive?

Order volumes are higher during the Sale, so processing may take longer than usual. Thanks for your patience! 💜

I added items to my cart before the Sale started. Why can’t I see my free gift?

If you got your cart ready before the Sale started, refresh your cart once the Sale is live. Your free gift will then appear automatically (eligible orders only). Make sure the gift is in your cart before you check out, as it can’t be added after your order is placed. 🎁
